Information you provide
When you create an account or use a tool, Museino may process your email address, authentication details, prompts, uploaded inputs, generated task records and usage information needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, calculate and reserve credits, run requested tasks, keep task history and protect the service from abuse. Museino does not sell personal information.
Payments
Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Museino receives the transaction or entitlement status needed to update your account and does not need to store your full card number.
Storage and deletion
Account and task records may be retained for service operation, security and accounting. If you need an account or data deletion request, use the support channel associated with your Museino account.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
